Managed a team of software engineers in a globally distributed environment
Aren’t afraid to jump into a problem and get it solved, even if it’s outside of your day-to-day role
Built strong partnerships with Product & Design functions
Background in dealing with ambiguity and change
Desire to find solutions and options as opposed to simply pointing out what’s wrong
(Nice-to-have) Experience in or an interest in Blockchain/Cryptocurrency

Responsibilities

Lead and empower your team of engineers who are effective and love what they do
Hire exceptional people to grow your team with a focus on diversity, scalability, and always raising the bar
Be a hands-on technical expert, able to coach and mentor team members in best practices and demonstrate what good looks like
Build relationships with the Product Management team based on credibility and candor that result in lofty goals, clear objectives, and confidence that you’ll meet them
Work with PMs and your team to set clear objectives and deliver on them
Help the entire engineering team get better at what we do through building smarter ways of working
