Responsibilities

Co-developing the team roadmap and supporting technical direction
Ensuring new team members are onboarded and effectively contributing, supporting existing team members
Coaching direct reports through feedback, building on strengths and addressing development areas
Helping the team learn, adapt, and improve upon agile and lean methodologies, balancing delivery speed and product quality
Responsible for the team’s on-call process and rota, and acting as a point of escalation for incidents
Being a key part of applying Product Led Growth practices to identify, measure, and improve the platform through experimentation
Participating in hands-on coding and code reviews
