Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing instructional design, L&D, or enablement teams, ideally within high-growth or fast-changing environments. They must demonstrate deep instructional design expertise, including the ability to create effective, engaging learning solutions grounded in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices. Technical fluency with learning tech stacks, content authoring tools, and ideally, AI-based solutions for content development and management is also required.
As the Manager of Enablement Design, you will lead and inspire a team of instructional designers and a multimedia producer to build high-impact learning programs that drive performance and support key business priorities. You will oversee the end-to-end creation of programs, from new hire onboarding to ongoing product education, translating complex needs into scalable, engaging learning experiences. You will partner cross-functionally to identify learning needs, align on goals, and co-create training that supports business objectives and user experience, streamline systems and processes to improve content management and team efficiency, and innovate with learning technology by exploring and implementing emerging tools, including AI. Finally, you will measure what matters by defining and tracking success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
