  • Designing and implementing solutions that enable data-driven, personalized content delivery, maximizing relevance and resonance in every interaction to fuel engagement and support commercial objectives
  • Facilitating collaboration across internal teams and external digital innovators to co-create and pilot new personalization and engagement solutions, ensuring a constant stream of fresh ideas
  • Crafting persuasive business cases that inspire investment in advanced digital engagement initiatives and mobilize cross-functional support, translating digital strategy into measurable commercial growth
  • Orchestrating seamless delivery from concept to launch by aligning diverse teams—Marketing, Sales, Medical, BI&A, Legal, Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement—towards ambitious customer engagement and personalization goals
  • Maximizing deployment by setting robust metrics and rigorously tracking performance, ensuring every solution delivers measurable impact on customer engagement, personalization, and business momentum
  • Inspiring a culture of innovation and agility, empowering teams to challenge conventions, embrace digital technologies, and drive sustained transformation in personalized customer engagement across BMS
