Responsibilities

The Manager, Data Insights & Quality will execute the Google CES strategic roadmap, support senior leadership in identifying new opportunities, and promote the adoption of Google CES solutions. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to voice bot effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and containment rates. The role involves ensuring delivery excellence and solution quality by applying best practices, fostering innovation, managing and developing a team of AI specialists, and serving as a key point of contact for clients to translate business challenges into effective Google CES solutions.
