Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent global experience, along with 3-5 years of demonstrated success in Renewals, Sales, or Account Management leadership roles, including a strong track record of building high-performance teams within a software sales environment. They should also have proven success in overachieving quota and KPIs, coupled with strong organizational, operational, and analytical skills, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Renewals will lead a team of Customer Renewal Managers to achieve individual and team quotas, ensuring renewal forecast accuracy, prioritization, and on-time execution. They will strategize for effective negotiation, early renewal closing, risk mitigation, and account de-escalation, driving short-term and long-term revenue impact by minimizing financial attrition and securing favorable terms. Responsibilities also include daily forecast management, renewal hygiene, identifying customer requirements, uncovering issues, demonstrating strong account management capabilities, partnering with regional relationships, conducting weekly 1:1’s with CRMs, providing coaching and training, and offering creative solutions for complex deals.
