This role involves coordinating customer and internal engagement logistics for the GM of TMT & Manufacturing, driving prioritization of customers and partners, attending customer meetings, capturing takeaways, maintaining milestones, tracking action items, supporting cross-functional coordination, developing key metrics, managing executive-level special projects, establishing a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s product offerings, and contributing to documentation and streamlining of customer engagement best practices.
