Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Operations within a Professional Services environment, strong analytics skills, and a strategic mindset, with experience working at a global scale with senior stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in operations, including experience managing teams and driving strategic initiatives. Strong communication and presentation skills are also necessary.
Responsibilities
This role encompasses overseeing the execution of Enablement strategies, streamlining operations processes leveraging AI, supporting PS&T Leadership in accessing and applying data and analytics, owning and overseeing Partner Service execution, ensuring quality control processes, providing Ops field support, developing technology infrastructure, coordinating with Legal Partners, and maintaining contract management support. The Director will also be responsible for team enablement, driving performance metrics, and delivering executive-level communications and presentations.
