As the Engineering Manager for Communications, you will provide strategic leadership and technical direction to a team of engineers focused on creating an effective omni-channel communication strategy and ensuring best-in-class deliverability at scale. You will drive the delivery of high-impact software solutions, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to execute on the product roadmap. This includes leading and managing a team of engineers, mentoring and developing team members, and conducting regular 1:1s. You will also be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of the systems, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
