Candidates should possess 4-7 years of professional experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with advanced Excel and SQL proficiency. Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI tools is strongly preferred. The ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset for building scalable, repeatable processes, is essential.
The Manager, Commissions Planning will own and centralize sales target-setting processes for Care and Enterprise teams, including methodology creation, cadence management, and stakeholder alignment. They will build automations to improve the speed and scalability of target-setting workflows, refresh and standardize processes for accuracy and efficiency, and develop foundational Snowflake tables for scalable commissions data pulls. Additionally, they will create Looker and/or Vizier dashboards for automated insights and self-service reporting, support commission payout analysis and exception handling, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics on data sources, methodologies, and compensation policies.
