Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of commercial strategy of assigned products and/or markets – leading a team of 5 members, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Oversee supplier relationships and strategic direction for the publication.cat.com business
  • Partner with the SIS product owner to accelerate technician adoption of innovative features
  • Identify and analyze the organization's strengths and weaknesses and respond to opportunities in sales environment
  • Translate new feature NPI developments into actionable Go To Market strategies that align with both short- and long-term business objectives
  • Develop and manage promotional events (Webinar, conference, dealer meetings, etc) in alignment with long and short-term Go To Market strategies
