Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical and/or safety analytics, with a preference for experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Clinical and Safety Analytics will be responsible for enhancing and developing a framework related to data analytics reporting utilizing metrics collected within the Worldwide Patient Safety & PV CoE Analytics function. They will enable analytical use of the compliance data to provide insights related to productivity, efficiency, and quality, facilitating informed decision-making for BMS REMS & Clinical Analytics. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining and developing programming, reporting, and analytics applications in BMS environments, leveraging internal data systems and tools, and developing reports regarding activities, outcomes, and trends. The role also involves delivering presentations to management, staying abreast of industry changes, analyzing stakeholder complaints, interpreting analytical findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose impactful solutions.
