Responsibilities

As a Manager, Client Growth & Relations, you will manage high-volume outreach across various platforms, respond to inbound interest and referrals, evaluate and prioritize applications, track performance using CRM tools, build and nurture relationships with artist managers and referral partners, research and scout for promising talent, guide new users through onboarding, provide early-stage support, collaborate with marketing on CRM flows, share client feedback, and suggest process improvements to streamline operations and improve client outcomes.
