Responsibilities

  • Lead Clio’s Channel Partner function across North America, driving partner performance and growth
  • Coach and mentor a high performing Partner team to achieve individual and collective success
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that align Sales, Marketing, and Operations around partner growth strategies
  • Execute both strategic and tactical channel programs that drive MRR, partner engagement, and pipeline acceleration
  • Manage team performance, growth, and quota achievement through data-driven insights and forecasting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders across Clio
  • Analyze and report on channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and optimizations
  • Travel as needed to support partner meetings and events
