Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, ensuring a balanced and strategic approach to building a strong sales pipeline
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by identifying and developing high-potential BDRs for future roles within the sales organization
  • Continuously assess and optimize processes for lead generation, qualification, and handoff to improve efficiency and conversion rates
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align strategies and maximize the impact of inbound and outbound activities
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback focused on prospecting excellence, objection handling, and product knowledge
