Requirements

  • University degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in professional services firm, with backgrounds in financial advisory, audit, or banking industry (exposure with PRC enterprises an advantage)
  • Solid track record of working with clients from listed companies, financial institutions, and/or law firms
  • Strong understanding of IPO processes and financial instruments
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals through business development
  • Competent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for business valuation services, including but not limited to IPO, merger & acquisition, financial reporting, etc
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to effectively connect with and qualify potential clients
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch materials, and client engagement documentation to showcase Colliers’ valuation capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal valuation professionals to deliver service offerings fulfilling client requirements
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments related to IPOs and capital markets
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates to senior management
