Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent negotiation skills are required, along with a preference for experience in logistics sales. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
The Field Sales Manager will develop territory sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new customers. This role involves the acquisition of new business opportunities by identifying potential sales leads, managing lead qualification, and converting leads into accounts, especially those with maximum revenue potential. The manager will execute sales strategies to secure competitor business, conduct customer visits, and prepare proposals to secure new business. Ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as the point of contact for customer queries are also key responsibilities.
