Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience working in a digital, advertising or PR environment (agency or brand side)
  • Physically based within commuting distance of Boston
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables, large scale initiatives, and priorities with discretion (bonus if familiar with project management tools like monday.com)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external clients and internal team
  • Comfortable working in a client environment, creating organization and processes where none may exist
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A passion for all things social media
  • Supremely organized and able to manage multiple deliverables and campaigns flawlessly
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to connect dots across work streams
  • Client-facing and buttoned up for in-office presence
  • Great communicator and liaison with broader internal team

Responsibilities

  • Helping to drive the overall success of campaigns ranging in budget and complexity for an exciting QSR client on a high performing team
  • Staying on top of the workflow and completion of tasks in our project management platform
  • Managing the day-to-day workflow and operations of a large client in office
  • Communicating and collaborating across departments and teams on a daily basis to push work through
  • Organizing timelines, creative concepts and strategies for campaigns focusing in always on, full year execution
  • Leading client campaigns from kick-off calls that outline influencer selection to all execution details and delivery
  • Navigating campaign roadblocks and challenges by providing actionable solutions
  • Preparing reports and analyzing performance relative to campaign objectives; providing optimization recommendations
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of ad products and relevant specs, guidelines, and business rules; manage asset delivery timelines
  • While having facetime with the client team, developing and fostering strong relationships with clients by building rapport that earns the respect of more senior clients through delivery and focus on detail
  • Helping manage budgets and the monthly billing reconciliation process with finance
