Responsibilities

The Manager, Account Management - Government/Enterprise will own post-sales success and account management for all non-state government customers, drive expansion through renewals and upsell, maintain a customer retention rate of 90% or higher, build and operationalize a new customer success motion tailored for education customers, partner with Sales, Enablement, and Product to deliver a seamless experience, hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team, and analyze account data to uncover areas for optimization and risk, using self-generated reports to surface actionable insights.
