Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mid Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with an aptitude for learning and growth.
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Coach, manage, and develop sellers, emphasizing continuous learning and skill-gap improvement.
  • Develop scalable processes that drive consistent execution across the team.
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a highly competitive Mid Market or Enterprise market.
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, and take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the business, including sharing insights, root causes of KPI changes, their frequency and impact, and recommendations for course correction or doubling down.
  • Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion.
