Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and monitor sales of integrated communication structures to small-to-medium business customers
  • Maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
  • Ensure optimal sales team staffing and training readiness
  • Ensure competence and continuity of Account Executives through selection, training, development, appraisal, and motivation
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate sales promotions and incentives
  • Ensure team and individual rep achievement of sales, quality, and standards
  • Monitor employee performance and provide counsel and advice
  • Address personnel/performance issues in accordance with Company policy
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain records of sales and performance activities
  • Ensure accurate forecasts of revenue and unit numbers
  • Design, implement, and manage overall territory team structure
  • Coordinate efforts with other internal teams
  • Develop and implement best practices for improved performance
  • Coach, develop, appraise, and motivate sales representatives
  • Educate sales professionals in sales planning tactics
  • Understand and embody Operating Principles
  • Own the customer experience
  • Be an enthusiastic learner and advocate for Comcast technology and services
