  • Experience of delivering change within Insurance and/or Life, Pensions, Investments businesses
  • Strong reputation and extensive professional network to generate new client opportunities and own/grow existing accounts
  • Experience in industry as a change delivery professional to contribute to Altus Programme Delivery strategy and proposition

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client engagements
  • Lead large scale programmes of change, collaborating with Altus Consultants and client change teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
  • Support other Altus Consultants and Senior Associates leading Programmes on Altus’ behalf, ensuring client sees value-add from Altus as a high-quality Consultancy
  • Generate new client opportunities as well as own and grow existing accounts
  • Contribute to the advancement of Altus Programme Delivery strategy and proposition
  • Play a significant part in the ambitious 5-year strategy growth plans of Altus Consulting and wider Accenture Financial Services Business
