As a Managed Services Consultant, you will support biopharmaceutical customers by understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Veeva Vault changes, applying configurations, collaborating with other Veeva teams, shaping ideas, enhancing delivery models, and communicating customer requirements to the product management team; you will also assist with keeping up to date and implementing new features within the Veeva Vault suite.
