Requirements

Compliance with Air Products and local safety, health, and environment standards, including safety training, meetings, BSP (APT, JSA), and EH&S regulations
Interface with SEA maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians for PM planning, tracking closure, and document storage for audits
Proficiency in SAP system for issuing PM notifications, purchase requisitions, Capital Expense Requisitions (EAR), project numbers, PR/PO, and PM optimization
Ability to gather data from SAP for PM/TAR schedules, look-ahead planning, and ensure PM execution before due dates
Support for annual plant shutdown (TAR) activities, including safety induction, planning worksheets (MS Project/MS Excel), toolbox meetings, TAR reports, and supervising contractors
Site visits for TAR support and daily TAR report generation
Data pulling from systems for annual maintenance budget planning
Support for PSV maintenance, including material procurement planning, delivery tracking, and coordination for overhaul/service/validation (pop-test)
Collaboration with operation/maintenance teams for physical stock validation, inventory management, tracking in/out items, and parts preservation
Administrative management of computerized maintenance management system in SAP

Responsibilities

Coordinate the store for the operation team
Issue purchase requisitions for materials/services for planned/unplanned PM
Submit and monitor EAR lifecycle, including creation of project numbers and issuing project PR/PO
Support TAR maintenance planning and execution
Generate daily TAR reports during site support
Participate, promote, and enforce Air Products safety programs, rules, and procedures
Provide SAP coordination support to Maintenance Team (Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, Planners), including work processes and documentation
Process monthly PM02/PM11 orders for SEA plants, including release and TECO
Act as Maintenance APOnline shared site administrator, ensuring document storage
Generate monthly SAP compliance reports for area maintenance leads/managers
Generate MI look-aheads for SEA plants and follow up on completion with engineers/leads
Assist in generating monthly maintenance expenses and time entry reports
Ensure all measuring/MI documents are entered in SAP and filed for audits/tracking
