Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
6+ years of relevant maintenance experience
Skilled in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, welding, and carpentry systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Familiarity with PLC systems and basic computer proficiency
Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks
Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness skills
Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automated systems using schematics and manuals
Lead and direct maintenance staff, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of tasks
Install, adjust, and maintain mechanical components, including drives, bearings, motors, shafts, and couplings
Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose malfunctions using sight, sound, and testing tools
Perform welding, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
Complete daily plant startup and shutdown procedures; maintain logs and work orders
Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to urgent equipment issues
Train and mentor Maintenance Technician I and II team members
Operate forklifts/manlifts safely and wear required PPE
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, HAZMAT, and other safety regulations
Communicate effectively with management and assist with other duties as assigned
