Cascadia promotes a trauma-informed, person-first approach, integrated care, and a work environment of safety and acceptance that respects differences within the community.
A strong candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a facilities context, the ability to manage work orders, inventory, and cost estimates accurately, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and trauma-informed practices in a healthcare setting.
