Requirements

Regular attendance
Ability to perform essential functions and meet minimum work standards with or without accommodations
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience with boiler maintenance
Good communication skills with all levels
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent plus two years related experience
Must provide own tools necessary to complete essential job functions
Complete all required safety training
Wear proper PPE and remain compliant with all safety-related company policies and procedures
Confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Trouble shooting automated industrial equipment
Installation and maintenance of equipment
Building maintenance and repair
Strong preventative maintenance program
Assisting in concerns: OSHA, reduction of utilities, garbage, etc
Completing work order assignments
Use knowledge of industrial maintenance to repair, modify, or fabricate parts for equipment
Analyze equipment to determine necessary repairs
Ability to analyze blueprints, drawings, and schematics of automated industrial equipment
Install utility lines for steam, water, condensate, air, gas etc., including soldering, pipe threading, and electrical conduit
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
Use a maintenance site to record data and performed work
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Record all required work in a timely manner: work orders, time sheets, request forms
Performs other various job duties as may be assigned
