Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical education, preferably in mechanic, electromechanic, or automation
  • Practical knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems
  • Practical knowledge of ladder programming
  • Practical knowledge of configuring vision systems
  • Practical knowledge of operating and programming industrial robots
  • Practical knowledge of automation and electro-pneumatics on production lines
  • Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams
  • No contraindications to working at heights
  • Familiarity with computer operation (MS Office)
  • Good organization of own work and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the continuity of operation of machines and production lines
  • Perform preventive maintenance of machines according to the schedule
  • Repair machines and resolve current breakdowns
  • Diagnose, resolve, and analyze breakdowns of machines and industrial automation systems (inverters, servo drives, pneumatics)
  • Implement improvements aimed at increasing the repeatability and reliability of machines
  • Maintain documentation related to repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare and analyze data needed to order spare parts
