Requirements

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480V), and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits
Experience with conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware and ladder logic
Understanding of motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.)
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

Responsibilities

Emphasis on safe work practices, adherence to LOTO procedures, and use of PPE
Troubleshooting and repairing machinery, conveyors, and robotics
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
Set up and operate machines such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines
Perform preventive maintenance to assure maximum equipment functionality
Adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
