Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Improve workforce productivity and work quality by eliminating potential delays through proper planning and coordination of labor, parts, and machine time
  • Act as the guardian for the plant's maintenance expense by planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance work
  • Maintain liaison between operations and maintenance teams to ensure prompt, efficient service
  • Utilize records and files to analyze and report on maintenance results
  • Define and deliver the annual Maintenance Expense Budget ($2M-$12M USD) through the Maintenance Master Schedule and convert it into agreed-upon monthly outlooks
  • Manage the plant's spare parts inventory ($1.6M-$9M USD) to guarantee support for preventive programs and quick failure response
  • Prioritize all maintenance activities based on risk assessments and budget constraints to optimize resources
  • Establish and maintain a calendar of interventions agreed upon by all Operations Managers
  • Accurately define, estimate work requests, and prepare meaningful control reports to measure performance (e.g., PM Compliance)
  • Manage the work order backlog and balance available resources using visual aids like Gantt charts
  • Ensure all PM and AM procedures are synchronized with global standards and maintenance schedules
  • Build equipment maintenance records, support EMR analysis for projects, and ensure work order maturity
