Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of planning/scheduling experience within a CMMS environment, and a mechanical background is required, including knowledge of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Planner will review work requests, escalate preventative maintenance issues, collaborate with Production Supervisors and Engineering Department, coordinate parts procurement, manage work order backlogs, provide job estimates, lead planning meetings, offer training on CMMS (Maximo), support the Corporate Reliability Team, and follow up with mechanics and contractors to ensure work requirements are met. They will also participate in new projects, promote company values, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
