Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in product data management, cataloging, or SAP material master governance. Proficiency with PLM (Teamcenter preferred) and strong Excel skills are required, along with a plus for experience with Power BI/Tableau and Jira.
The Spare Parts Catalog Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining master and customer-specific parts catalogs, aligning content with BOMs, engineering changes, and field-serviceable assemblies, managing monthly catalog releases and change communication, partnering with engineering, planners, and buyers to reflect current design and sourcing data, collaborating with field service teams on repair, refurb, and preventative maintenance (PM) kits, ensuring material master data in SAP aligns with catalog structure and naming, governing attributes, supersessions, descriptions, and classification, performing audits to identify duplicates, UoM discrepancies, and incomplete entries, managing as-installed / as-maintained BOMs by site, and coordinating with Program Managers on critical spare part strategies and inventory planning.
