Maintenance Apprentice (Southern MA & Rhode Island Region) - 3 openings! at WinnCompanies

The pay range is $21.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience level.

This is an on-site full-time position at properties in Southern MA and Rhode Island, including Curtain Lofts in Fall River, MA; Manomet Place II in New Bedford, MA; and Historic Prospect Heights I, II, III in Pawtucket, RI. Travel to regional sites and training in Worcester, MA is required, with mileage reimbursed.

Requirements include less than 1 year of relevant work experience, a current driver's license, basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications, excellent customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to speak and understand basic English, and ability to take initiative.

The 12-month program provides 2,000 hours of on-the-job training, 150 hours of technical instruction at The Peterson School, nationally recognized credentials like CPR, Safety Certification, OSHA 10, and Certified Maintenance Apprentice Technician (CAMT), plus skills in trades, safety, customer service, and communication.
