Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience with field work, such as construction, security systems, or low voltage wiring. They must be comfortable working on and around ladders and heights, possess handyman-like skills, and have strong time-management and communication abilities. A valid driver's license and basic knowledge of computer skills, including Salesforce and Google Suite, are required. Candidates should also have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

The Flight Technician will install poles and various components according to specifications, mount solar panels, and affix license-plate reading cameras. They will perform site surveys, meet with customers to discuss installation options, and manage daily inventory. The technician is expected to adhere to a schedule, provide installation pictures via the Flock field app, and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers while performing tasks safely and professionally.
