Requirements

  • Proficient in use of hand and hand power tools commonly used with installation and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to repair and solve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Digital literacy required to perform projects and other day-to-day duties
  • Willing to travel with some overnight stays
  • Demonstrate quality brazing techniques
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, flow sheets, equipment layout, piping drawings, and electrical controls schematics
  • Practice accurate cost reporting for both materials and labor expenditures
  • Gain understanding of the properties, behavior, and hazards of the products likely to encounter
  • Possess and demonstrate strong internal and external customer interface skills and proficiency
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Pass a service truck road test and have a clean driving record (will use Company-issued vehicle)
  • DOT Driver’s license may be required
  • Technically proficient with ability to start up, operate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot cryogenic and gaseous product storage systems
  • Familiarity with gaseous and cryogenic piping systems, valves, tanks, and equipment—primarily in oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen service
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance, confidence, and calm demeanor

  • Installing product storage, processing, and delivery equipment at customer sites
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of safety performance in all aspects of duties—both at customer sites and while operating a company vehicle
