Job Summary
RemoteVA PH is seeking an experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison between clients and warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate processing, routing, and shipping of orders, particularly to wholesalers and retailers, while fostering strong client relationships and guaranteeing seamless deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries and providing real-time updates on orders, inventory, and shipping.
- Coordinate routing of orders to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners, ensuring adherence to all compliance and routing guides.
- Monitor and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), proactively communicating any delays or issues.
- Submit routing requests, schedule carrier pickups, and follow up on shipment status to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage order exceptions such as cancellations, returns, and changes, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all client communications, updates, and resolutions.
- Work with the WMS Manager to improve operational processes and service levels.
Requirements
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- Routing experience with wholesalers (strict requirement).
- Previous experience in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with retailer compliance standards, routing guides, and shipping procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Extensiv or similar platforms).
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other communication tools.
- Typing Speed: At least 40 WPM (a typing test is required).
