Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems, strong customer service orientation, clear communication skills, high organization, detail-orientation, multitasking ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM are also required.
The Logistics Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing updates on orders and shipping. Responsibilities include coordinating order routing to partners, monitoring and tracking orders using WMS, submitting routing requests, scheduling carrier pickups, and ensuring on-time deliveries. The role also involves collaborating with the warehouse team for order accuracy, managing order exceptions, maintaining documentation, and working with the WMS Manager to improve processes.
