The Logistics Coordinator will maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels, order materials to ensure adequate stock, and serve as the primary contact for the outsource kit vendor. Responsibilities include managing temperature-sensitive materials, coordinating inter and intra-company transfers, preparing local purchase requisitions, receiving materials, and resolving supply-related issues. The role also involves working with accounts payable to resolve receipt discrepancies, monitoring and replenishing expired stock, ensuring PPD part numbers are maintained, and acting as a point of contact for all material-related functions.
