Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English and Dutch and have essential experience working in or with the Benelux market, with Dutch Local Government industry experience being advantageous. A strong understanding of product management methodologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are required. Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, along with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, is necessary. A product management certification is a plus, and 5+ years of experience in product management is advantageous. Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

The Local Product Manager will drive compliance, product strategy, development, and growth in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This includes staying up-to-date with local regulations, developing and executing tailored product strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps. Responsibilities also involve leading the requirement gathering process, analyzing product performance, presenting strategies to stakeholders, and working with local sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches. Managing relationships with key partners and vendors in the Benelux region is also part of the role.
