Responsibilities

The Business Operations Specialist will monitor daily operations to ensure flawless execution of marketplace shifts and troubleshoot in real-time. They will coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to meet customer needs, ensure a positive experience for workers, and resolve support issues promptly. Responsibilities also include managing workers to meet client demands, ensuring accurate clock-in/clock-out times, identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting vetting initiatives, building standard operating procedures, mastering internal systems, and assisting workers with app usage and complex issues.
