Requirements

Candidates must have solid operational HR experience with a focus on generalist responsibilities across multiple countries, including a strong understanding of local and international labor laws related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management. Proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in another language is a plus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment is essential.

Responsibilities

The Time & Attendance Specialist will contribute to developing and maintaining up-to-date, efficient, and compliant Time & Attendance standard operating procedures and policies. They will provide subject matter expertise for internal and external queries regarding Employee Lifecycle and Time & Attendance matters, collaborating with clients and employees to address inquiries and provide guidance. Responsibilities also include gathering feedback to enhance the employee journey, meticulously managing employee data for accuracy, security, and confidentiality, and supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives. The specialist will also champion Remote's values and contribute to the team's goals.
