Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management, specifically within a marketing automation environment. Experience with Braze and other marketing automation platforms is highly desirable, and a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles is expected.
The Lifecycle Operations Lead will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing automation programs within Braze, ensuring they drive revenue and operational efficiency. This includes developing and optimizing workflows, managing audience segmentation, prioritizing messaging, and executing the marketing calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role also encompasses mentoring a team of technical lifecycle marketers, fostering their growth, and improving processes, as well as managing vendor relationships and championing innovative automation practices to elevate Quizlet’s campaign execution.
