Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in B2B, engagement, retention, or lifecycle marketing, along with experience using ESP and CRM platforms such as Iterable, HubSpot, or SendGrid to improve activation, onboarding, and retention. They should also have experience building, testing, and scaling new campaigns for different segments and demonstrate a commitment to delivering operational excellence, along with experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Associate will assist with intake, project management, and build email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across our lender, agent, and consumer verticals, working directly with stakeholders to execute high-visibility campaigns. They will drive adoption and retention of our products with top loan officers and real estate agents, analyze and report on campaign performance via A/B testing, maintain lifecycle channel and attribution integrity, and monitor email preferences, unsubscribe rates, and channel health, making recommendations for improvement.
