Responsibilities

Build and optimize automated nurture journeys, triggered campaigns, and engagement programs across email, SMS, and other digital channels
Map and manage customer touchpoints to ensure timely, relevant, and personalized experiences
Own the design and evolution of lead scoring models to improve qualification accuracy
Ensure clean and timely lead routing to divisional marketing leads and sales systems
Monitor and manage deliverability, suppression rules, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Maintain engagement hygiene to improve inbox placement, reduce unsubscribes, and protect brand reputation
Continuously refine journeys through test-and-learn programs
Use performance data to improve speed-to-lead, nurture effectiveness, and conversion rates
Lead the customer engagement engine
Build and optimize journeys that directly convert leads into revenue opportunities
Protect and grow the value of customer relationships with responsible, high-quality engagement practices
