The Lifecycle Marketing Lead, D2C should possess deep experience in D2C growth and retention, a strong testing mindset, and a passion for improving lives through mental healthcare. Senior-level lifecycle marketing experience is required, along with the ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies including email, SMS, push, in-app, and direct mail.
This role involves owning and optimizing the end-to-end journey for Spring Health’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) members, designing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, appointment bookings, and long-term health outcomes. The individual will also build personalized, automated lifecycle journeys, partner cross-functionally with various teams, and ultimately deliver measurable value to the company.
