Requirements

Candidates should possess 4-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, customer, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company, along with a proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing programs in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnel. They should also demonstrate an understanding of SaaS metrics, user/customer lifecycle stages, and subscription business models.

Responsibilities

As the Lifecycle / Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of customer marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing the customer journey from acquisition through retention.
