Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or community engagement, previous experience in the life sciences industry, exceptional writing and editing skills, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, comfort working with technical/scientific subject matter, experience with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express), and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow) and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

The Life Science Content and Community Specialist will develop and execute a content strategy, write and produce high-quality content, manage the online community platform, organize and run virtual events, engage with users, moderate discussions, and support product adoption by sharing helpful tips and connecting users to the right resources. They will also track and report on engagement metrics and collect community feedback and insights to share with the Product teams.
