Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in a content or copywriting role, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role or experience managing outside contractors and agencies. They should enjoy working in a startup environment and have a strong understanding of brand voice and tone standards.

Responsibilities

This Senior Content Manager will own the content editorial calendar, define and maintain brand voice and tone standards, produce high-quality demand generation and brand awareness content including long-form content, presentations, webinars, videos, and social media posts. They will also delegate and manage the output of contract writers, scale content efforts through establishing production systems and processes, own Simon’s thought leadership and executive content, collaborate with design resources, and work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to optimize content for sales opportunities.
