Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of proven experience in licensing partnerships, specifically in softlines, with a strong understanding of the licensing process, intellectual property, and brand guidelines. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing databases and tracking information are required, along with resourcefulness and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

The Licensing Softlines Specialist will facilitate incoming deal proposals, manage ongoing discussions and relationships with licensee partners across various regions, including the US, Canada, and Latin America, and ensure clear communication and alignment on expectations. They will also work closely with licensee partners and SIE Product Development to develop line plans aligned to licensing strategy, provide support on incoming deals in the region, and collaborate with the legal team, global teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure deals are executed correctly. Furthermore, the role involves supporting the development of sales materials, collaborating on sales forecasting and royalty reporting, highlighting licensing activity for executive updates, and providing support on additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
