Responsibilities
Manage, teach, and coach optical team members
Interact with members and confirm appointments
Perform all duties required of an optician
Handle department upkeep
Serve as liaison between members and lab to ensure timely order processing
Deliver business results within expected timeframes
Support team member engagement, policy application, procedures, and compliance
Address and escalate team member and member concerns
Acknowledge team member success, work collaboratively to achieve goals, identify and retain top talent
Provide team support to resolve member concerns and ensure safe, positive member experience
Lead daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards and club standards (all items stocked, planograms executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized)
