Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of professional service and/or consulting experience, and a strong understanding of contracting processes. They should be adept at collaborating with professional service team members to manage customer projects and ensure successful implementations. Furthermore, they should be able to leverage their deep product expertise to advise customers on managing contracts throughout the contracting lifecycle, utilizing reports, metrics, and reminders.

Responsibilities

Legal Engineers will lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously, collaborating with other team members to deliver on-time results and ensure customer success. They will apply best practices to advise customers on Ironclad usage, build their contracting processes, and lead challenging conversations to manage expectations. Additionally, they will serve as the ‘Voice of Customer’ by sharing product feedback and working with the Product team to improve the Ironclad product, while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and responding to customer escalations.
